| This pretty plaque measures 14" x 10" including the frame and the frame border is 1.5". We have not unscrewed the wooden mounts in the back to see if it is signed. There are some surface scratches and original pitting, but there does not appear to be any chips in the enamel. This item dates about 1920. | |||||||||
